Whether it’s a birthday, anniversary, holiday, or simply a “just because,” our vouchers allow the recipient to choose from a wide range of treatments and packages.

2. Redemption
Vouchers may be redeemed toward any treatment, spa package, or infrared sauna session at NABEA Day Spa.
- If the total value of the selected services exceeds the voucher amount, the balance is payable on the day of your appointment.
- Gift Certificates are for one-time use only and must be redeemed in full. No credit or change will be issued for any unused portion.
3. Pricing
Treatment prices are subject to change without notice. Vouchers will be redeemed at the treatment value current at the time of booking.
4. Booking & Availability
Advance bookings are highly recommended and are subject to availability. Appointments may be made online or by contacting our spa reception directly.
5. Non-Refundable
Gift Vouchers are non-refundable, not redeemable for cash, and may not be returned or exchanged. They are not legal tender, credit, or debit cards.
6. Partial Use
Where applicable (excluding single-use Gift Certificates), if the service selected is of lesser value than the voucher, the remaining balance will remain available for future use within the original validity period.
7. Lost or Stolen Vouchers
NABEA Day Spa is not responsible for lost or stolen vouchers. Please treat your voucher as you would a valued personal item.
8. Cancellations & No-Shows
Our time is reserved especially for you.
- A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or appointment changes.
- Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will forfeit the 50% deposit.
- Failure to attend your appointment without notice will be considered a No Show, and 100% of the booking value may be charged.
- Guests arriving late may have their treatment time adjusted to respect subsequent bookings.
9. Public Holidays
Gift Certificates are not valid on Public Holidays.
NABEA Day Spa reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time.

Gift Voucher Terms & Conditions
- Gift vouchers are treated as cash tender, unfortunately, lost or stolen vouchers cannot be replaced.
- Gift vouchers are transferrable to friends or family members and can be taken back to the dollar value to be used against a service of your choice.
- Should the total of treatments booked be more than the value of the Gift Certificate, the remainder will have to be paid on the day.
- Treatment prices are subject to change without notice by Nabea Spa.
- Gift Certificates are for one use only and must be used in full. No credit or change will be given on the unused portion of the Certificate.
- Gift Certificates cannot be redeemed for cash, returned for a refund, have their balances consolidated to a new gift voucher, or be replaced after expiry and are not legal tender, credit or debit cards.
- Gift Certificates are not valid on Public Holidays
- Gift Certificates are valid until date indicated on Certificate.
- Please redeem your Gift Certificate before the expiry date, as it will not be honoured once expired.
- If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice you will lose your 50% deposit.
- Last-minute cancellations will be considered as No Shows in which we exercise the right to charge 100% of the proposed booking cost if this is not adhered too.
- If you are running late, you will have your treatment time shortened to avoid inconveniencing the client that has a booking after you.
