Whether it’s a birthday, anniversary, holiday, or simply a “just because,” our vouchers allow the recipient to choose from a wide range of treatments and packages.
- Gift vouchers are treated as cash tender, unfortunately, lost or stolen vouchers cannot be replaced.
- Gift vouchers are transferrable to friends or family members and can be taken back to the dollar value to be used against a service of your choice.
- Should the total of treatments booked be more than the value of the Gift Certificate, the remainder will have to be paid on the day.
- Treatment prices are subject to change without notice by Nabea Spa.
- Gift Certificates are for one use only and must be used in full. No credit or change will be given on the unused portion of the Certificate.
- Gift Certificates cannot be redeemed for cash, returned for a refund, have their balances consolidated to a new gift voucher, or be replaced after expiry and are not legal tender, credit or debit cards.
- Gift Certificates are not valid on Public Holidays
- Gift Certificates are valid until date indicated on Certificate.
- Please redeem your Gift Certificate before the expiry date, as it will not be honoured once expired.
- If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice you will lose your 50% deposit.
- Last-minute cancellations will be considered as No Shows in which we exercise the right to charge 100% of the proposed booking cost if this is not adhered too.
- If you are running late, you will have your treatment time shortened to avoid inconveniencing the client that has a booking after you.
